Empower Endo Black, Inc.: How Your Support Can Make a Difference

By Lauren R. Kornnegay

As I reflect on the many roles I fulfill within Endo Black, Inc., I am reminded of the tremendous effort it takes to keep our organization thriving. Since 2019, I have taken on diverse responsibilities as Executive Director, Marketing Strategist, Website Designer, Content Creator, Writer, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, Volunteer Coordinator, Donor Relations Manager, Fundraising Manager, Public Relations Manager, Grant Writer, Social Media Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Human Resource, and more. And even now, I am tackling new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This is not a complaint but an honest moment of transparency. While EB, Inc. is fortunate to have dedicated volunteers tirelessly working behind the scenes, attending meetings, building connections, and organizing our efforts, it's not enough. Consider the strides we have made, the accomplishments we have achieved, the impactful programs we have implemented, and the lives we have touched thus far. Now, imagine what we could achieve with additional funding!

The Power of Your Support:

Picture the incredible transformations we could make and the lives we could impact if Endo Black, Inc. had the financial resources to thrive. With your support, we could turn our long-term volunteers into full-time employees, maximizing our effectiveness and reach, fund both operations and programs, and so much more. The potential is truly inspiring.
